Parade cruises to St Kitts’ Port Zante to November begins on Wednesday with visiting Norwegian Jewel 92,000 tons of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL).

This will be the first time that the Bahamas-registered cruise ship, which has a passenger capacity of 2376 passengers and crew of 1100 will visit St. Kitts.
Well-said information sources Norwegian Jewel will come from Tortola at 7:00 am with 2410 passengers and will leave at 4:00 am, spending Thursday in the sea and docking in Curacao on Friday.

Also scheduled to visit Port Zante is Arcadia 2388 passengers, while passengers 2388 Ocean Village 2; 1692 passengers Ocean Village; 1950 passenger Norwegian Dawn and the 2600-passenger Queen.
Cruise ship like the smaller 255-passenger Royal Clipper; 400 passenger Silver Shadow; 820 passengers and 308 passenger Braemar Windsurf call has been scheduled in November.
Analysis of the impact of passengers, crew and cruise line spending by Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association, on 26 cruise destination during the period May 2008 to April 2009 showed that the cruise tourism pumps U.S. $ 44 million or EC $ 118 million into the St Kitts and Nevis economy during the year 2008/2009 cruise.
The survey shows that the cruise passengers who come to the beach to spend a total of U.S. $ 33 million or EC $ 89.1 million.
