Northstar Utility Solutions, a division of Harris Computer Systems, announced today that National Air and Waste Management Authority (NAWASA), located in St. Georges, Grenada, West Indies, has selected CIS Northstar to provide management customers superior customer relationships and utility billing. Which NAWASA CIS CIS project include Northstar, Executive Information System, Anywhere eDocs and Reports.

Starting NAWASA is 5 years strategic plan to be the leading utility in the Caribbean by providing a reliable water quality and enhance the customer experience. “With our investment in Northstar, we imagine this as an important step for us to invest in utility customer service operation that provides the tools our staff to provide customer service is excellent as we move into 2010 and beyond” said Terrence P. Smith, NAWASA’s Chairman of the Board. NAWASA mission statement is “To provide customers with safe, adequate and reliable water supply and safe disposal of waste water, with the proper and efficient, that meet and exceed customer expectations, and ensure the development of our organizations, communities and our nation” to 40,000 customers .
