Anguilla is seeing an uptick in the order that led to the Winter 2009/10 season, an indication that the trip challenging environment may provide a way to pent-optimistic demand and economic news. According to the Anguilla Tourist Board, several key tour operators reported rapid business for the last quarter of this year.
